Tech Solutions Ltd. is looking for an IT Support Technician to enhance our East London operations. In this role, you will address technical inquiries, maintain systems, and provide support to colleagues, ensuring they have the tools they need to succeed. Your expertise in IT will be essential to our mission.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in IT projects that improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Conduct regular system checks to ensure maximum functionality.
  • Assist with the onboarding process of new employees regarding IT needs.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for all IT processes and procedures.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors for equipment repairs and replacements.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Information Technology or a related field
  • Network+ Certification is preferred
Experience
  • 2+ years of hands-on IT support experience
