Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from concept to production.
• Evaluate existing mechanical designs for improvement opportunities.
• Implement engineering best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical failures.
• Mentor junior engineers and interns in engineering principles.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 4-5 years experience in the mechanical engineering field

Certifications

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor

Languages

• English: Fluent
