Responsibilities

• Manage the project lifecycle from start to finish, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related matters.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor construction activities for compliance with project specifications.
• Address any issues or changes that arise during the construction process.
• Ensure high standards of workmanship are maintained throughout the project.
• Facilitate project meetings to review progress and resolve any challenges.
• Implement and track project quality procedures and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
