Responsibilities

• Lead site meetings and ensure alignment of project teams.
• Monitor project schedules and establish deadlines.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure availability of necessary materials and resources.
• Provide leadership and support to project teams.
• Report on project performance and proactively manage risks.
• Act as a liaison between various stakeholders and project teams.
• Implement best practices in construction management.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Construction Management or related field
• Additional certifications are an advantage

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in managing construction projects
