Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated pharmacist to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care. In this role, you will be responsible for medication management, patient counseling, and contributing to our health promotion initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
• Offer health advice and answer patient inquiries on medications.
• Conduct medication reviews and assist with chronic disease management.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Support pharmacy staff with inventory management.
• Maintain electronic health records and patient confidentiality.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting is preferred.

Languages
