Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Technician to provide top-tier technical support to our teams in Johannesburg. You will be responsible for troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring operational continuity.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver support for troubleshooting technical issues across various platforms.

  • Assist in network setup and configuration.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in IT or Computer Science
Experience
  • 2+ years in a similar role, preferably in corporate IT
