Join our team as a Recruitment Consultant where you will be responsible for building strong relationships with both candidates and clients. Your focus will be on sourcing and placing candidates in various roles, utilising your excellent communication skills to match the right candidates to the right jobs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to client needs.
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Facilitate communication between candidates and clients to ensure alignment.
• Prepare and present candidate shortlists to clients.
• Organize and participate in recruitment drives and initiatives.
• Provide support to the HR team in developing recruitment policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant HR or Business Management qualification

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Basic
