Responsibilities

  • Strategize and implement a comprehensive benefits package that meets employee needs.
  • Advise leadership on compensation matters including budget considerations.
  • Collaborate with HR in talent acquisition activities to develop attractive offers.
  • Assess and improve employee satisfaction regarding compensation and benefits.
  • Stay informed on industry best practices to ensure competitiveness.
  • Participate in job evaluation and classification processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Master's degree in HR or relevant certifications preferred
Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in a senior HR role particularly in compensation and benefits
