Job Description

We are looking for an Industrial Engineer who will be responsible for analyzing and designing workflows, optimizing processes, and implementing system improvements to boost productivity and reduce costs in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and recommend improvements.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of processes.
• Coordinate with suppliers for efficient material handling.
• Monitor and report on production performance metrics.
• Lead initiatives aimed at waste reduction and cost savings.
• Facilitate training for staff on new procedures and technologies.
• Work on cross-departmental projects to promote collaboration.
• Identify KPIs and monitor against industry standards.
• Assist in design and layout of manufacturing operational space.
