Job Description

We are in search of a highly skilled Project Manager to join our vibrant team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will oversee project planning, execution, and completion while leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals within defined timelines and budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Define project objectives and deliverables in collaboration with clients.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout projects.
  • Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and encourage their involvement.
  • Utilize agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans and charters.
  • Conduct team meetings to ensure project alignment and progress tracking.
  • Track project budgets and expenditures to align with financial constraints.
  • Lead project retrospectives to evaluate outcomes and areas for improvement.
  • Support the continuous improvement of project management processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Master's degree in Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in project management with a strong track record of successful projects.
