Responsibilities

• Perform reconciliations for various financial accounts.
• Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist in the integration of new clients into our accounting systems.
• Maintain an awareness of current economic conditions.
• Act as a liaison between the firm and clients to uphold a solid working relationship.
• Facilitate communication with government entities regarding compliance.
• Monitor accounts payable and receivable for accuracy.
• Lead client strategy meetings to align accounting objectives.
• Work with IT to customize accounting systems for client needs.
• Foster an environment of continuous professional development.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• Postgraduate qualification in Accounting or relevant area is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in public accounting or audit
