UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer at Design Innovators Ltd., you will be responsible for crafting user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications. We’re looking for someone who can take a project from concept through delivery, ensuring the final output aligns with our clients' goals. Your work will directly impact usability and client satisfaction, making your role vital to our success.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback while integrating business goals.
• Design visual layouts that are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Facilitate usability testing sessions, and translate findings into design improvements.
• Support the marketing team with design assets for promotional materials and landing pages.
• Mentor junior designers and assist in enhancing team capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews to provide and receive constructive feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe Creative Suite
• Sketch/Figma
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Creativity
• Communication

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with user research methodologies: Experience conducting user interviews and usability tests to inform designs.
• Experience in Agile development environments: Familiarity with Agile practices for more efficient collaboration.
