Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Front Desk Manager to oversee operations at our Cape Town location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk activities, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service to enhance guest experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Lead front office operations, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Aid guests during check-in and check-out, and coordinate room assignments.
  • Track and report on hotel performance metrics.
  • Organize and supervise staff training and development sessions.
  • Implement guest recovery strategies for unsatisfied customers.
  • Work with the marketing team to develop promotional offers.
  • Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the front office.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Tourism or related field is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in front office management in hospitality
