We are looking for an Aerospace Engineer to join our thriving team in Johannesburg. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing aircraft systems and components. Responsibilities

• Coordinate with clients to determine project requirements.
• Prepare estimation of project cost and timeframes.
• Develop prototypes for new designs.
• Review technical specifications and documentation.
• Conduct risk assessment for design projects.
• Assist in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Support maintenance and modification of existing systems.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in aerospace design and analysis

Technical Skills

• CATIA
• Python

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in UAV design: Hands-on experience in Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) design and development.
• Project Management experience: Experience leading engineering projects from conception to completion.
