You will be responsible for conceptualizing, planning, and executing a variety of events including corporate gatherings, weddings, and private parties. Responsibilities

• Plan and execute events, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
• Engage with various stakeholders, including vendors and sponsors.
• Monitor event timelines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Provide on-site coordination to ensure events run smoothly.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to promote events effectively.
• Prepare post-event reports detailing outcomes and feedback.
• Implement feedback to improve future event planning processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in corporate event planning

• Event Software Proficiency

Certifications

• Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP)

Languages
