We are on the lookout for an experienced E-commerce Manager to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be a key player in driving our online sales strategy, optimizing the e-commerce platform, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve e-commerce sales targets and KPIs.
• Utilize analytics tools to refine marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain a strong social media presence to support e-commerce efforts.
• Plan and manage promotional events and campaigns.
• Develop training materials for team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve site rankings.
• Any other ad-hoc tasks that align with company goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Master's degree in Business Administration is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of demonstrated experience in e-commerce or digital marketing roles

Technical Skills

• PPC Advertising
• Content Management Systems

Certifications

• HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification
• E-commerce Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
