Job Description

Join us as a Project Manager! You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to specific deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

  • Establish project scope and ensure clear communication for all stakeholders involved.
  • Coordinate with various teams to drive project timelines effectively.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure timely delivery within financial scope.
  • Conduct regular project evaluations and assessments to identify successes and areas for improvement.
  • Promote a culture of teamwork and accountability among project team members.
  • Resolve conflict and facilitate negotiations between stakeholders as required.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance team productivity.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable
Experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in a technology-driven environment
