Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate freight transport for both imports and exports.
• Prepare necessary documentation for customs clearance.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Facilitate communication between suppliers, customers, and shipping lines.
• Handle all customer inquiries regarding shipments.
• Identify and implement process improvements for logistics operations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or logistics

Technical Skills

• Transport Management Systems
• Inventory Management

Soft Skills

• Negotiation
• Problem-Solving

Certifications

• Certified Logistics Associate (CLA)
• Freight Transportation Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
