Job Description

We're looking for a passionate E-commerce Manager to lead our online presence in Johannesburg. You'll be at the forefront of digital marketing, user experience enhancements, and sales strategy, all while working closely with our product and marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed reports on sales performance and customer insights.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Implement and evaluate A/B testing for website optimization.
• Liaise with logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of goods.
• Foster partnerships with influencers and bloggers for marketing purposes.
• Develop customer loyalty programs to boost repeat purchases.
• Conduct customer surveys to gather feedback on their online shopping experience.
• Utilize SEO strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Manage affiliate marketing relationships and strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Commerce
• Relevant certifications preferred

Experience

• 5 years in an e-commerce management role
