As a Corporate Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing training programs that align with our company values and enhance employee performance. Your expertise in adult learning principles and strong facilitation skills will lead to the development of skills and capabilities across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a training strategy to enhance workforce capabilities.
• Conduct follow-up evaluations to track employee progress post-training.
• Create a database of resources and materials for ongoing employee reference.
• Encourage a culture of continuous improvement through regular training updates.
• Facilitate team-building sessions that complement formal training initiatives.
• Support the HR team in onboarding new employees with necessary training.
• Build relationships with external vendors for specialized training resources.
• Champion diversity and inclusion in all training initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Psychology
• Master's in Education or Organizational Development is preferred

Experience

• 7+ years of professional experience in training facilitation
