Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with management to develop HR policies that align with organizational goals.
  • Manage HR projects, including diversity and inclusion programs.
  • Handle employee grievances and maintain a healthy and productive workplace.
  • Assist with payroll administration, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Postgraduate degree in HR Management is advantageous
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles, especially in recruitment and employee relations

  • Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist
Languages
  • English: Fluent
