Responsibilities

  • Assist in server administration and maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure backups are performed and data integrity is upheld.
  • Act as a liaison between users and senior IT staff for complex issues.
  • Test and evaluate new hardware and software solutions.
  • Conduct regular IT audits and services checks.
  • Maintain documentation on technical processes and standards.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar field
  • IT certifications in networking and support are preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in technical support or help desk environment
Technical Skills
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems

Certifications
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals
