Job Description

In the role of Machine Feeder and Offbearer, you will be responsible for operating and feeding the block machine that produces concrete blocks. This position requires physical stamina and a keen eye for detail to ensure that production runs smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the block production machine to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks on produced blocks and take corrective action when necessary.
• Keep the production area clean and organized at all times.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and supervisors regarding production and safety issues.
• Participate in team meetings to enhance production effectiveness and contribute ideas.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent

Experience

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is advantageous.

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Ability to work well in a team: Experience collaborating with team members in a production setting.
