Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Trials Coordinator to manage clinical research projects in Pretoria. In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating trial operations, assisting in protocol development, and ensuring the integrity of trial data.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the execution of clinical trials from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and the ethical conduct of trials.
  • Collaborate closely with research teams to meet study objectives.
  • Assist in participant recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Document trial findings and assist in data analysis.
  • Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct regular training for trial staff on new protocols.
  • Facilitate communication of trial updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor adverse events and reporting them as necessary.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a relevant field
  • Master's degree in Clinical Research or related is a plus
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in clinical trials or research coordination
