Job Description

We are seeking a Clinical Research Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting and coordinating clinical research studies, working closely with the research team to analyze data and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement clinical trial protocols as per approved standards.
• Ensure participant safety and compliance at all study stages.
• Interpret study results and prepare findings for publication.
• Organize and lead study meetings to discuss protocols and progress.
• Assist in budget management and resource allocation for research activities.
• Conduct literature reviews to support study design and protocol development.
• Raise awareness on current research ethics and compliance issues.
• Document all study-related communications and decisions.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or relevant field
• Master's degree is an added advantage.

Experience

• At least 2-3 years of clinical research experience.
