Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to join our team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering principles, with experience in project management and design. This role will involve working on diverse projects, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineering best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Participate in project risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
• Mentor and provide training for junior engineers and interns.
• Utilize design software to create detailed engineering drawings.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to discuss project developments.
• Maintain project documentation, including changes and approvals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree or specialization in Structural Engineering is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering with experience in site supervision preferred
