Job Description

As a Landscaping and Groundskeeping Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy machinery to ensure the beautification of landscapes. This hands-on role includes tasks such as planting, mowing, trimming, and maintaining the aesthetic appeal of various properties.

Responsibilities

  • Operate small power tools and hand equipment efficiently.
  • Monitor the health of plants and landscapes, ensuring they are well cared for.
  • Assist in the delivery of landscaping supplies and equipment to various sites.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss project developments.
  • Prepare and clear sites for landscaping projects effectively.
  • Collaborate with other trades and services to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Maintain a high standard of workmanship in all tasks performed.
  • Participate in the development of sustainable landscaping practices.
  • Document daily activities and report progress to the site supervisor.
  • Uphold environmental best practices in all operations.

Requirements

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
  • Experience with specific landscaping tools and machinery is advantageous
