Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee key projects in our Durban office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing projects, from initial scoping through to delivery, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedules and project performance metrics.
  • Drive project execution and support adherence to the project timeline.
  • Manage stakeholder communications and expectations effectively.
  • Collaborate with management in developing and refining project methodologies.
  • Execute risk management processes to mitigate project risks.
  • Monitor project progress and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
  • Ensure all project activities meet compliance standards.
  • Work with the finance department to ensure project budgets are adhered to.
  • Champion the project management office initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and motivation to project teams.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on IT projects.
