Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive who thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, understanding customer needs, and devising tailored solutions. Responsibilities

• Engage potential clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Prepare and deliver tailored sales proposals.
• Analyze sales data to inform strategy and tactics.
• Participate in team meetings to share best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
• Identify upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Train and mentor junior sales staff when needed.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the products.

• Assist in developing sales training materials.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Sales Management or Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in technology or software sales
