Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive in Durban to enhance our sales operations. You will be tasked with developing new customer relationships, negotiating contracts, and achieving set sales targets. Successful candidates will demonstrate a tenacious spirit, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new sales leads.
  • Develop relationships with existing clients for upselling.
  • Analyze sales metrics to inform strategies.
  • Provide feedback on product performance and customer needs.
  • Attend networking events to promote the company.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • MBA is advantageous
