Responsibilities

• Evaluate insurance proposals and make decisions on acceptability.
• Draft policy documents and amendments according to company guidelines.
• Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
• Participate in underwriting meetings to discuss complicated cases.
• Review and update underwriting guidelines and procedures as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in insurance underwriting
