We are on the lookout for a skilled Civil Engineer to join our talented team in Port Elizabeth. The role will involve overseeing construction projects, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Assess environmental risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for project approvals.
• Prepare project bids, estimates, and schedules.
• Supervise site works and manage site safety.
• Assess project progress against milestones.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Ensure quality control processes are followed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes.
• Create and present project reports to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master's degree in Construction Management or related is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering roles
