We are on the lookout for a skilled Structural Engineer to join our team in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in structural design and analysis. You will play a key role in delivering innovative solutions for various projects, ensuring that all structures are safe, sustainable, and compliant with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural design projects from conception to completion.
• Evaluate materials and construction methods for feasibility.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project alignment.
• Provide on-site support and troubleshooting during construction phases.
• Document and prepare all necessary submissions for permits.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
• Foster relationships with clients and stakeholders regarding project updates.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Structural or Civil Engineering
• Higher Diploma in Structural Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in structural engineering projects

• Structural Analysis Software

Certifications

• Professional Engineer registration
• Lean Six Sigma certification is an advantage

Languages
