• Assess and analyze the performance of all digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers to produce effective marketing materials.
• Lead brainstorming sessions for innovative marketing ideas.
• Foster partnerships with influencers to amplify brand reach.
• Implement A/B testing strategies for campaign optimization.
• Provide training and support to junior marketing staff.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Communication
• Master's degree in Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in the digital marketing field
