Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy and drive customer engagement in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing our e-commerce platform, optimizing sales processes, and implementing marketing campaigns that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the e-commerce strategy to maximize sales performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility.
  • Regularly update and maintain the website to ensure optimal performance.
  • Prepare reports on e-commerce performance metrics and present findings to upper management.
  • Develop promotional strategies in sync with seasonal sales and product launches.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business-related field
  • MBAs with marketing focus are preferred

  • 5+ years in e-commerce or digital marketing roles
