Job Description

We are looking for a driven IT Support Engineer to provide exceptional support to our clients in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a passion for resolving technical issues efficiently. You'll be tasked with troubleshooting hardware and software problems, managing user accounts, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support for clients experiencing issues.
• Troubleshoot user hardware and software problems promptly.
• Manage network configurations and ensure security measures are in place.
• Conduct training for staff on IT systems and software.
• Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions.
• Assist in enhancing IT processes and managing IT asset inventories.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Work with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Microsoft certifications are advantageous.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a support role is preferred
