As a Quality Assurance Tester in our Johannesburg office, you will play a vital role in our software development lifecycle. Your ability to analyze requirements and design thorough test cases will ensure our products are top-notch and bug-free.

Responsibilities

• Identify and communicate testing priorities based on product timelines.
• Collaborate on user acceptance testing with stakeholders.
• Promote a culture of quality across all phases of development.
• Assist in the design and implementation of QA metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements where applicable.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications in software testing are beneficial

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in QA testing

Technical Skills

• API Testing
• Performance Testing

• Problem-solving
• Teamwork

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Selenium or similar tools: Skilled in using automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency.
• Exposure to performance testing tools: Understanding tools such as LoadRunner or Apache JMeter.
