Network Administrator

Job Description

As a Network Administrator at Tech Solutions Ltd., you'll be integral to our IT operations, responsible for the design, implementation, and upkeep of our networking systems. This role demands a strong understanding of network protocols and a commitment to maintaining high availability for all services.

Responsibilities

• Execute network maintenance activities including routine updates and upgrades.
• Support the development of network policies and procedures.
• Perform regular audits of network systems and documentation.
• Train end-users on network-related best practices.
• Liaise with departments to understand and meet networking needs.
• Utilize network monitoring tools to ensure system integrity.
• Respond to network outages and ensure immediate resolution.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• Relevant networking certifications (e.g. CCNP) are an advantage

Experience

• 3+ years in a networking role with experience in supporting multi-site environments.
