Forensic Accountant

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a skilled Forensic Accountant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth investigations into financial misconduct or fraud, providing expert testimony in legal proceedings and assisting in the recovery of misappropriated funds.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed financial analysis to identify any discrepancies or fraud.
• Assist clients with fraud risk assessments and prevention strategies.
• Work with internal and external teams to gather information and evidence.
• Draft reports detailing findings and recommendations based on forensic analysis.
• Provide insights on compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Support senior management in decision making using forensic findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification in forensic accounting (e.g., Certified Fraud Examiner) is preferred

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in forensic accounting or a related field.
