Job Description

As a Public Health Specialist with Community Health Corp., you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs aimed at enhancing community well-being. You will collaborate with local stakeholders, gather health data, and educate the public on health issues, leading initiatives that promote optimal health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial transactions and prepare monthly financial reports.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and financial statements.
• Implement and monitor financial controls and processes.
• Liaise with auditors and assist in audits.
• Advise management on financial matters and strategies.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Support the financial team in improving reporting methods.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CA(SA) or equivalent specialization is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the accounting sector

Certifications

• ACCA qualification
• Financial Planning certification is a plus
