Seeking a dynamic E-commerce Manager to join our Cape Town team. In this role, you will manage our online sales and marketing initiatives. Ideal candidates will possess strong analytical skills, be highly motivated, and have experience in direct-to-consumer e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the development of the e-commerce platform and tools.
• Implement SEO and SEM strategies to enhance online visibility.
• Create detailed reports on sales performance and customer engagement.
• Work with data analysts to interpret actionable insights.
• Attend industry conferences to keep up-to-date with trends.
• Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and vendors.
• Develop training programs for staff on new e-commerce tools and trends.
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance toward achieving sales goals.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in digital marketing or e-commerce role

• SEO/SEM Optimization
