Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online sales strategy in Cape Town. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the e-commerce platform, optimizing user experience, and driving sales growth through data-driven decisions and innovative marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of e-commerce strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Coordinate with the IT team to ensure platform functionality.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends.
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives to increase brand visibility.
  • Implement customer service best practices to enhance user satisfaction.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials and product launches.
  • Analyze customer data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to improve site navigation.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market landscape.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
  • MBA is a plus
Experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
