Your role will involve collaborating with marketing and technology teams to implement best practices, manage product listings, and analyse market trends to inform our e-commerce decisions.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and platforms.
• Develop email marketing campaigns to retain and engage customers.
• Identify trends in consumer behavior to optimize product offerings.
• Coordinate with IT support for any website technical issues.
• Train and support team members in e-commerce best practices.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Certification in Digital Marketing is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing campaigns
