Job Description

We seek an experienced Hospital Administrator to oversee daily operations in our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care while managing staff and resources effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the hospital meets regulatory requirements and patient safety standards.
  • Develop strategies to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate medical services and maintain quality of care standards.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and healthcare partners.
  • Prepare reports for management regarding performance metrics and compliance.
  • Facilitate community outreach programs to enhance health awareness.
  • Oversee the implementation of electronic health record systems.
  • Monitor staff performance and conduct evaluations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Health Services Management or related field
  • Masters in Business Administration (MBA) is an asset

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in hospital administration
