Job Description

As a Project Coordinator at our Pretoria office, you will be instrumental in overseeing project timelines, communicating with team members, and ensuring that all project objectives are met effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Help develop project plans and monitor progress.
  • Organize and manage project files and documentation.
  • Provide support in project meetings and take minutes.
  • Monitor project budgets and assist in resource management.
  • Facilitate team communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
  • Assist in quality assurance checks and project evaluation.
  • Stay updated on project developments and changes.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management

Certifications
