Job Description

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Technical Support Specialist. In this role, you will assist clients with their technical inquiries, providing solutions efficiently and effectively. Your role will not only involve problem-solving but also ensuring that users feel supported and empowered in their technological endeavors.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues faced by clients effectively.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with solutions provided.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing challenges.
  • Help maintain a knowledge base of solutions and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer experiences.
  • Assist in the creation of instructional materials for clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Information Technology or related field
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
