Responsibilities

• Oversee network installations and configuration of telecommunications equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance and upgrades to ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support for network-related inquiries.
• Analyze system performance metrics and prepare reports.
• Participate in strategy development for network improvements.
• Train junior engineers on best practices and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications engineering
