Responsibilities

• Manage ticketing systems to track IT support requests.
• Ensure all IT documentation is current and accessible.

• Conduct regular system checks and maintenance.
• Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies.
• Provide support for remote users using VPN and other tools.
• Work with vendors and service providers to resolve complex issues.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field

Experience

• 2+ years of IT support experience
