Job Description

As a Registered Nurse with Healthcare Solutions Ltd., you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality care to our patients in Cape Town. You will assess patient needs, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient responses to treatment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze patient vital signs and report changes.
• Conduct routine checks and assessments of patients.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to care strategies.
• Implement infection control measures to ensure patient safety.
• Coordinate with pharmacists for medication management.
• Provide mentorship to nursing students and new staff.
• Facilitate effective communication between patients and the healthcare team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nursing Certification

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a clinical setting

Certifications

• Infection Control Certification
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Conversational
