The successful candidate will manage and oversee clinical trials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and protocols. Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of clinical trials.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
• Coordinate with sponsors and CROs as needed.
• Assist in protocol development and amendments.
• Screen and enroll participants in accordance with eligibility criteria.
• Handle data management tasks and ensure accuracy in data reporting.
• Support the research team with logistical arrangements for clinical trials.
• Attend training sessions and conferences to stay updated on industry standards.
• Manage budgets and resources allocated for clinical research.
• Evaluate study outcomes and provide feedback for process improvements.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years of clinical research experience

Certifications
